Returns: 

I will happily provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase, providing they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Purchasing a tracking number is recommended, as ZoeAkroydParker- Artist is not responsible for the loss of exchanges.

If you are not happy with your ZoeAkroydParker- Artist purchase, please return the goods in the original condition including a copy of the original delivery note and a message stating you wish to make the return for a refund.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery, to receive a refund (less postage and packaging).

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us by registered post or special delivery. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged, mislaid or otherwise undelivered.

Any goods returned incomplete will not be replaced or refunded.

Please note that refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment.

Faulty goods: 

All goods are checked thoroughly before leaving for their destination.

On the rare occasion that you may receive goods that are faulty or not what you ordered, please contact within 28 days of delivery and I will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

• I use a local printer for my giclee prints, here's how they explain their technique:

The word Giclée (“g-clay”), is derived from the French verb gicler meaning “to squirt or spray”. Giclée, is used to describe a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with high quality archival quality paper to achieve prints of superior quality, light-fastness and stability. Our Giclée prints are created using an Epson 7890 with Epson pigment inks, which, with the 9 channel print head, is capable of producing an extremely wide tonal range and colour gamut

• The size of the print is about A4, 297x210mm
• The actual printed area is 206x 190mm
• The print comes cello-wrapped and backed with re-purposed carboard, it weighs about 50g
• Each print is carefully wrapped for postage.
